Delivery and execution

At Koffie Kenner we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here we would like to give you some more information about the delivery process.

Carrier
For our deliveries we work together with PostNL, a reliable and well-known carrier within the Netherlands and Europe. They ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Track & Trace Code
After placing your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us via email as soon as your package has been shipped. With this code you can track the status of your delivery and see exactly when your coffee will be delivered.

Not Home for Delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL has several options. In most cases, they will first try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to a nearby collection point, where you can pick it up later. PostNL will always leave a note or send a notification via e-mail or the Track & Trace link, so that you know exactly where your package is.

Delivery time
We aim to deliver your order within 1 business day within the Netherlands. Orders placed before 15:00 are often processed the same day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's workload.

Postage costs
Shipping costs are €5.90 per order within the Netherlands. For orders above €35,- we offer free shipping. For international shipments, shipping costs may vary and are clearly indicated during the checkout process.
