Can I return my order?
Als je je bestelling om welke reden dan ook wilt retourneren of ruilen, helpen we je graag! Retourneren is mogelijk binnen 14 dagen na aankoop. De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening. Je kunt je product retourneren voor een voucher, een ander product of een terugbetaling. Let wel op dat geretourneerde artikelen geen zichtbare tekenen van slijtage of gebruik vertonen.
Can I get a warranty on equipment?
Yes, all our equipment comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty period is in most cases 24 months, unless otherwise stated with the product. During this period we cover manufacturing defects or defects that are not caused by incorrect use.
In case of a warranty claim we will contact the supplier or manufacturer. In many cases the defective part will be repaired or replaced.
