The Eureka Mignon Zero is a single dose coffee grinder designed for maximum control, minimal retention, and consistent extraction. Thanks to the single dosing principle, you grind precisely the amount of coffee needed per brew, which significantly increases freshness and reproducibility. This makes the grinder suitable for both home baristas and semi-professional use.

At the core of its performance are the 55 mm flat steel burrs. These ensure a uniform particle distribution, which is essential for stable extraction in espresso, but also suitable for filter and pour-over. The grinder operates at 1350 rotations per minute, resulting in efficient grinding with limited heat development, thus preserving aromas.

The Mignon Zero distinguishes itself with extremely low retention. Thanks to the integrated Blow-Up system, residual coffee is removed from the grinding chamber, ensuring virtually no old coffee is carried into your next shot. In combination with the 45-gram single dose hopper and dosing cup, you work with complete control and without waste.

Operation is simple via an on/off switch on the side. The stepless micrometric grind adjustment allows for very precise tuning, without fixed steps. This enables you to fine-tune exactly for different brewing methods and coffees.
