Who are the people behind DAK Coffee Roasters?

DAK Coffee Roasters was founded by Louis-Philippe and Veronique, a Canadian duo from Montreal. After years of working in finance and marketing, they decided to follow their passion for coffee. Since then, they and their small team run a specialty coffee roastery from Amsterdam where craftsmanship, experimentation and personal service are key.

What kind of coffee does DAK roast?

DAK selects unique and traceable coffee beans with distinct flavor profiles. Their range includes both classic origins and funky and experimental coffees, for example with natural fermentations or rare varieties. Each batch is carefully lightly roasted to bring out the pure flavors: bright, fruity and full of character.

Where is DAK coffee roasted?

All DAK coffees are roasted in their roastery in Amsterdam-Noord, on the Nieuwendammerdijk. They work with an innovative IMF roasting machine on convection, which ensures consistency, clarity and sweetness in every coffee.

Where is DAK Coffee Roasters located?
