If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help! Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. The costs for returning are at your own expense. You can return your product for a voucher, another product, or a refund. Please note that returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.

Yes, all our equipment comes with a standard factory warranty.
The warranty period is usually 24 months, unless otherwise stated with the product. During this period, we cover manufacturing defects or faults not caused by misuse.
For a warranty claim, we contact the supplier or manufacturer. In many cases, the defective part is repaired or replaced.

Will my device be delivered ready to use?
Delivered new and in original packaging. In most cases, you will need to install or set up the device yourself. Of course, you will receive a clear manual from the manufacturer.
