Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course. There is no obligation with a Koffie Kenner subscription. You can easily pause your subscription or adjust the date of your next order via your subscription dashboard.

Is your coffee also suitable if I don't have a bean machine?

We do not grind the coffee in advance because freshness is lost more quickly that way. To ensure you can still enjoy fresh coffee, we also offer coffee grinders. With these, you can grind the beans yourself for devices such as a drip coffee maker, French press, AeroPress, moka pot, and espresso machine, so you always experience the optimal flavor and freshness.

Can I adjust my frequency, quantity, and flavor settings?

Our priority is to deliver coffee that you will love. If you want a different delivery schedule, quantity, or coffee style after your first delivery, you can adjust your preferences through your subscription dashboard.
