Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page to get an overview of the products in your shopping cart. Check the products, quantity, and total price.

3. Proceed to Checkout
If you are satisfied with your shopping cart, click "Proceed to checkout". You will be directed to the checkout page.

4. Enter Your Details
Fill in your personal details here, such as your name, shipping address, and contact information. Carefully check the details to ensure the order is shipped correctly.

5. Choose Shipping Method
Select one of the available shipping methods. Koffie Kenner offers free shipping on orders over €45 in the Netherlands. For international orders, shipping thresholds may vary by country, but this will always be clearly displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order.

6. Select Payment Method
Choose a payment method of your choice, such as iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, or PayPal. Follow the steps for the selected payment method to complete the payment.

7. Review and Confirm
Before finally placing the order, you will receive an overview of your order again. Recheck the products, shipping address, and payment details here.

8. Place Order
Tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions. Then click "Place order" to finalize the order.

9. Order Confirmation
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Payment Methods

At Koffie Kenner, we offer various payment methods, allowing you to checkout your order quickly and easily. Here is an overview of the available payment options:

iDEAL

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. With this payment method, your payment is completed instantly, and you can enjoy the purchase protection that comes with credit cards.

PayPal

With PayPal, you can pay online easily and securely without directly sharing your payment details. Payments are processed instantly, and PayPal offers additional buyer protection for your purchase.

Klarna
With Klarna, you can choose to pay for your order afterwards. This gives you the option to receive your order first and only pay later, with a payment term of 14 days.

Delivery

At Koffie Kenner, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here we would like to provide more information about the delivery process.

Carrier
For our deliveries, we work together with PostNL, a reliable and well-known carrier within the Netherlands and Europe. They ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Track & Trace Code
After placing your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us by email as soon as your package has been shipped. With this code, you can track the status of your delivery and see exactly when your coffee will be delivered.

Not Home for Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, PostNL has several options. In most cases, they first try to deliver the package to a neighbour. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to a collection point nearby, where you can pick it up later. PostNL always leaves a note or sends a notification via email or the Track & Trace link, so you know exactly where your package is.

Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 1 working day within the Netherlands. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are often processed the same day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on how busy the carrier is.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €4.95 per order within the Netherlands. For orders over €45, we offer free shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For international shipments, shipping costs may vary, and these will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Insured shipping (national & international)

All devices and valuable products we ship are fully insured, both within the Netherlands and internationally. This means your order is protected against loss or transport damage during the shipping process. Should anything go wrong during transport, we will provide a suitable solution in consultation with you. This way, you can order from Koffie Kenner with peace of mind, even for international deliveries.
