Shipping policy

At Koffie Kenner, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find more information about our delivery process.

Track & Trace Code

After placing your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your package has been shipped. With this code, you can follow the status of your delivery and see exactly when your coffee will be delivered.

Not at Home During Delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL offers several options. In most cases, they will first attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to a nearby pickup point, where you can collect it later. PostNL will always leave a note or send a notification via email or the Track & Trace link, so you know exactly where your package is.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible within the Netherlands. Coffee ordered on business days before 17:00 will typically be delivered the next day. For equipment and accessories, the delivery time is 1–4 business days. For combined orders, the longest delivery time of the ordered items applies. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s workload.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are €4.95 per order within the Netherlands. Orders above €45 qualify for free shipping. For international shipments, shipping costs may vary and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
