Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods. For agreements involving regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires when the first good is physically received. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can register your return via our return portal or inform us in another unequivocal manner (for example by email or in writing) that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so (Download here). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive back all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal decision to us. You are considered to have met the deadline if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
