De naam Kabuto (兜) verwijst naar de traditionele Japanse samuraihelm, een symbool van kracht, discipline en vastberadenheid — dezelfde waarden die HARIO toepast in hun hoogwaardige koffiebenodigdheden. De molen is gebouwd met een aluminium body, een robuuste houten hendel en conische RVS maalschijven die zorgen voor een consistente maling voor pour-over, AeroPress of handmatige brouwers.

Met een capaciteit van 25 gram in zowel de hopper als de opvangbak biedt deze molen precies genoeg voor een royale kop koffie.
