Diamonds Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery based in Dunajská Lužná, Slovakia, founded in 2014. What began as an apartment experiment with a small popcorn maker has grown into a professional roastery with a 12kg Probat coffee roaster. The small, dedicated team carefully selects traceable specialty coffees from producers who prioritize quality and character. The focus is on coffees with a clear origin and a distinct flavor profile, where roasting serves balance, transparency, and expression of the terroir. Thus, Diamonds Roastery produces coffees that are honest, distinctive, and carefully developed for both filter and espresso.
