Tried different flavors and they were all fantastic. Each coffee has its own character, but the quality is always top-notch. Definitely recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions

Cold brew or iced coffee?

These two are often confused with each other, but they are very different.

Cold Brew
- Slow extraction with cold water
- Very smooth
- Low acidity
- Little bitterness

Iced Coffee
- Hot coffee poured over ice
- More bright acids
- More complex aromas
- Faster to prepare

Both are delicious, but cold brew is especially known for its smooth and approachable character.

What are your favorite origins for cold brew?

Brazil
Brazilian specialty coffee is among the absolute favorites for cold brew. Expect flavors of chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, and brown sugar with a creamy texture.

Colombia
Colombian coffees combine sweetness with a beautiful balance of chocolate and ripe red fruit. This makes them incredibly versatile.

Ethiopia (Natural)
Natural Ethiopian coffees produce a surprisingly fruity cold brew with notes of strawberry, blueberry, and tropical fruit.

Costa Rica
Honey processed Costa Ricas often offer a beautiful combination of honey, stone fruit, and soft caramel.

How do you make cold brew yourself?

Making cold brew is simple:

Grind the coffee coarsely.
Use about 100 grams of coffee per 1 liter of cold water.
Let the coffee steep for 12 to 18 hours in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
Filter the coffee.
Serve with ice or add water or milk to taste.

This way, you can enjoy a fresh, smooth coffee without bitterness.

Which coffee is suitable for cold brew?

Not every coffee performs well as a cold brew. For this collection, we have therefore selected beans known for their:

🍫 Chocolate and caramel notes
🍓 Sweet fruity flavors
🌰 Full body
☕ Balanced medium roast

These characteristics ensure that the coffee remains deliciously sweet, smooth, and flavorful even with a long extraction.
