Tijdige en snelle communicatie en verzending. Ik haal geweldige shots uit mijn Lelit Anna en Eureka Mignon Specialita. Bedankt, jongens.

About the roaster

Over de brander Over de brander

2:AM distinguishes itself through an authentic, human approach to coffee. Founders Anaïs and Marie combine their experience at the origins with a micro-roastery and coffee school in Namur. Their focus is on learning, tasting, and connecting—not marketing, but genuine knowledge sharing, small-scale operation, and respect for the people behind each bean—coffee with meaning.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between specialty coffee and supermarket coffee?

Specialty coffee refers to beans that score 80 or higher in an SCA evaluation, indicating exceptional quality and unique flavors without defects. This coffee can often be traced back to specific farmers or regions, providing more transparency than commercial coffee.

Is your coffee also suitable if I don't have a bean machine?

We do not grind our coffee in advance because freshness is lost more quickly that way. To ensure you can still enjoy our fresh coffee, we offer a coffee grinder. With this, you can grind the beans yourself for devices such as a drip coffee maker, French press, AeroPress, moka pot, and espresso machine, so you always experience the optimal flavor and freshness.

How do you guarantee the freshness of the coffee?

Our coffee naturally has a best-before date of at least one year, but specialty coffee is best enjoyed when consumed between 2 and 8 weeks after roasting. That’s why we only sell coffee up to one month after the roast date. This way, you are always guaranteed the highest quality and can fully enjoy the richest aromas and fullest flavors.

Can I return my order?

If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help! Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. The costs for returning are at your own expense. You can return your product for a voucher, another product, or a refund. Please note that returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.

Tried different flavors and they were all fantastic. Each coffee has its own character, but the quality is always top-notch. Definitely recommended!
