The Aram espresso machine is a fully manual espresso machine designed for enthusiasts who want maximum control over every variable in the brewing process. Without electricity, without capsules, and without complex electronics, the Aram brings the essence of espresso back to pure mechanics and craftsmanship.

Using a rotating lever, you manually build up pressure, ranging from 0 to 15 bar. This allows you to completely determine the pressure profile during extraction, similar to professional lever machines. This enables you to experiment with pre-infusion, extraction speed, and flavor balance, tailored to the specific coffee beans you are using.

The Aram offers flexibility in use: you determine the water temperature yourself and can work with cold, warm, or boiling water. In combination with the double filter basket (16–24 grams), you can prepare various extraction styles, from ristretto to double espresso. The machine does not grind coffee beans, so it is always combined with a separate coffee grinder.

In addition to functionality, sustainability is central. The Aram produces no waste such as capsules or paper filters and leaves behind only a coffee puck. The construction from high-quality materials and the handmade finish ensure a long lifespan, while the wooden details make each machine unique.

Thanks to its compact and portable design, the Aram is suitable for use at home, when traveling, or in outdoor situations. All that is needed is water and ground coffee.

The Aram espresso machine is a fully manual espresso machine without electrical components. The construction consists of stainless steel (type 304), fine wood, Iglidur® polymer (Germany), and food-grade EPDM gaskets. The steel base is made of galvanized steel 1020 with powder coating.

The total dimensions including the stand are 317 × 170 × 220 mm (h × w × d). The total weight is 4.06 kg, with the coffee machine itself weighing 880 grams.

Pressure build-up is manual and adjustable from 0 to 15 bar via the rotating lever. The machine uses a 53 mm portafilter and is suitable for a dosage of 16 to 24 grams of ground coffee.

The Aram supports variable pre-infusion and full control over the pressure profile during extraction. An external heat source for the water is required for use.
