The Ascaso Baby T-One brings the performance of a professional catering machine to a more compact size. Derived from the Barrista T-series, this machine combines advanced technology with a wide range of applications, from home barista to office, food truck or light catering.

The machine is equipped with multi-group technology and full PID control for both coffee and steam. This achieves exceptionally stable temperatures, which is essential for consistent and reproducible extractions. The dual boiler construction ensures that espresso making and milk frothing can be done simultaneously, without loss of performance.

Thanks to the rotary pump, the Baby T-One delivers constant and quiet pressure build-up, even with intensive use. In combination with the direct water connection, you always work with fresh water, which benefits the taste quality and makes the machine suitable for continuous use.

The robust stainless steel construction and thoughtful design ensure long-term durability and reliability. At the same time, with its compact width of 35 cm, the machine remains surprisingly suitable for smaller workspaces.
