The strength of the Bonavita lies in its precision. The machine maintains a water temperature consistently between 92°C and 96°C, precisely the range required for optimal extraction. Combined with the wide showerhead, the coffee grounds are evenly saturated, resulting in a balanced and full flavor extraction. The optional pre-infusion function allows the coffee to "bloom" briefly first, which better releases aromas and further improves extraction.
