This grinder clearly positions itself towards the semi-professional segment, offering grind quality comparable to professional catering equipment, particularly for espresso.

Its performance is driven by the large 75 mm flat steel burrs. Larger burrs ensure a higher throughput and a more uniform particle distribution, which is essential for stable extraction and consistent flavor. In combination with a rotational speed of 1400 RPM, the grinder delivers fast and efficient grinding without excessive heat buildup that could compromise aromas.

The stepless micrometric grind adjustment allows for extremely precise calibration. This is particularly relevant for espresso, where minor adjustments in grind have a direct impact on flow rate and extraction. The ACE system (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) prevents clumping and static buildup, resulting in cleaner dosing and improved workflow.
