The Eureka Mignon Libra is an advanced coffee grinder specifically designed for precision-driven home use, with a strong focus on consistency and reproducibility for espresso. Thanks to its integrated grind-by-weight technology, this model eliminates variables traditionally associated with timed grinding, ensuring that each dose exactly matches the set parameters.

Its performance is determined by the 55 mm flat steel burrs. This configuration ensures uniform particle distribution, which is essential for stable extraction and a balanced flavor profile. Combined with a rotational speed of 1350 RPM, the grinder delivers efficient and controlled grinding while minimizing heat buildup to prevent flavor loss.

The integrated weighing system forms the core of the Libra. The grinder first weighs the portafilter and then dispenses the exact set number of grams of ground coffee. With a dosing accuracy of approximately 0.1–0.15 grams, waste is minimized and consistency is maximized, which is particularly crucial for espresso.

The stepless micrometric grind adjustment, patented by Eureka, allows for extremely precise tuning. This enables the user to fine-tune the extraction down to the smallest detail. The ACE System (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) prevents clumping and static charge, resulting in a cleaner workflow and evenly distributed grounds.

Operation is via an intuitive touchscreen, allowing easy setting of single and double shots, as well as a continuous mode. The adjustable hands-free fork enables direct grinding into the portafilter, increasing efficiency during use. Thanks to Silent Technology, the noise level remains around 64 dB, making the grinder suitable for daily use in a home environment.
