The Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose is a high-end single dose coffee grinder developed for maximum precision, minimal retention, and complete control over the grinding process. This model is part of the EUREKA ORO line and positions itself as a premium solution for home baristas aiming for maximum freshness and reproducibility in every brew.

Its performance is powered by 65 mm flat steel burrs with patented Diamond Inside® technology. This treatment increases wear resistance and ensures long-term stable grinding consistency. Combined with a rotational speed of approximately 1650 RPM, the grinder delivers fast, controlled grinding with a uniform particle distribution, essential for both espresso and filter coffee.

The grinder is optimized for extremely low retention thanks to the ELR (Extremely Low Retention) system. Due to the inclination of the grinding chamber and its internal design, virtually no ground coffee remains. The integrated Blow-Up system actively removes residual coffee from the grinding chamber, ensuring a clean workflow and consistent results with every dose.

The stepless micrometric grind adjustment allows for very precise tuning, which is crucial for fine-tuning extraction time and flavor profile. Operation has been deliberately kept simple with a manual on/off switch, fully in line with the single dose philosophy.

The workflow is further enhanced by the compact single dose hopper of approximately 45 grams and its quiet operation (approx. 60 dB), making the grinder suitable for daily use in a home environment without compromising performance.
