The Eureka Mignon Specialita 15BL is one of the most popular coffee grinders in the home barista segment, known for its combination of precision, ease of use, and compact design. This grinder positions itself as a high-quality all-round solution, with a clear focus on espresso but sufficient flexibility for other brewing methods.

Its performance is determined by 55 mm flat steel burrs. These ensure uniform particle distribution, which is essential for stable extraction and a balanced flavor profile. With a grinding speed of approximately 1.2 to 1.8 g/s for espresso and up to about 2 g/s for filter coffee, the grinder offers consistent performance, even with multiple shots in a row.

The stepless micrometric grind adjustment, patented by Eureka, allows for extremely precise settings. This is particularly relevant for espresso, where minimal differences in grind directly impact flow time and taste. The adjustment is easy to operate via the top dial and remains reproducible.

The integrated touchscreen display is an important part of the workflow. It allows you to easily set the grinding dose for single and double shots, with an accuracy of up to 0.1 seconds. This increases consistency and makes operation intuitive.
