The Eureka Mignon Specialita 16CR is a compact and high-quality on-demand coffee grinder designed for home baristas who want to combine maximum control with ease of use and quiet performance. Within the Mignon series, this model is known as one of the most balanced choices, thanks to its combination of precision, speed, and intuitive operation.

Its performance is defined by 55 mm flat burrs made of hardened steel. These ensure a uniform particle distribution, which is essential for stable extraction and a balanced flavor profile. In combination with a 310W motor and a speed of approximately 1350 RPM, the grinder delivers a consistent output of about 1.2–1.6 g/s for espresso and 1.9–2.5 g/s for filter coffee.

The stepless micrometric grind adjustment allows for extremely precise adjustments. This is particularly relevant for espresso, where small differences in grind directly impact extraction time and taste. The integrated touchscreen provides control over two programmable doses and a timer adjustable to 0.1 seconds. The dose counter provides additional insight into usage and workflow.

The workflow is further optimized by the ACE system, which prevents clumping and static electricity, and Silent Technology, which significantly reduces noise levels. The adjustable hands-free portafilter fork allows for direct grinding into the portafilter and increases efficiency during use.

Thanks to its robust aluminum housing and compact size, the grinder easily fits on any countertop, while maintenance is possible without losing the set grind size.
