The Kate PL82T combines a high-quality espresso machine with a built-in grinder, allowing you to grind coffee fresh directly into the portafilter. The 38 mm conical burrs and stepless adjustment ensure precision in grind size, while the Espresso Control System allows you to set parameters such as temperature, flow time, pre-infusion, and grind dosage. This level of control makes it possible to precisely tune extractions for various coffees and roast profiles.

The 58 mm brew group and the 300 ml brass boiler ensure thermal stability and consistent extraction. Thanks to the PID controller, you can set the temperature precisely, which is essential for reproducible results. The three-way valve ensures a dry coffee puck and a clean workflow. The professional steam wand with ball joint delivers ample steaming power for frothing milk and offers flexibility in use.
