The Macap MI20 Touch is a premium electric espresso grinder designed for fast, consistent, and precisely controlled grinding. This model caters to both advanced home baristas and professional environments where precision and workflow are essential, while its compact size ensures it fits well even in smaller workspaces.

Its performance is defined by 58 mm flat burrs, which ensure uniform particle distribution and stable espresso extraction. Combined with a productivity of approximately 2 to 2.6 grams per second, the grinder delivers efficient and consistent output, suitable for situations requiring repeated dosing and high demands for reproducibility.

The grind size is adjusted via an adjustment collar with a zero point and a standardized stepped system, ensuring control and repeatability when setting. The 3.5-inch touchscreen with a revamped HMI interface provides direct access to settings and allows for saving four programmable doses, in addition to a manual mode for maximum flexibility.

The workflow is optimized for daily use. The metal portafilter fork offers stable support during grinding and is adjustable for various sizes. Integrated LED lighting improves visibility and precision during dosing, while the robust construction guarantees long-lasting performance.
