The Sunny distinguishes itself with the combination of a thermoblock for coffee and a separate boiler for steam and hot water. This allows the machine to heat up quickly and lets you brew espresso and froth milk simultaneously. The side-mounted lever gives you direct control over the pressure during extraction, allowing you to fine-tune the taste of your coffee.
