Blue City Roasters

Blue City Roasters is an artisanal coffee roastery in Winschoten, the Netherlands, that has been roasting fair trade and organic coffee beans since its founding in 2019. With a strong focus on sustainability and craftsmanship, they strive to provide a unique taste experience with every cup of coffee. Initially, the coffee was imported from Guatemala, Peru, Malawi, Kenya, Ethiopia and Honduras, but the range has since expanded and now offers a wide variety of coffees from various countries of origin. In 2020, a new wood roaster was introduced, giving the roasters even more control. This has allowed them to roast their coffees with greater precision, resulting in a refined and unique taste experience.
