At the heart of the Fellow Espresso Series 1 is the unique Boosted Boiler™ technology. Three separate heating elements work together to maintain highly stable temperatures throughout the entire brewing process. A flow-through heater preheats the water extremely quickly, while the boiler compensates for temperature fluctuations and the actively heated brew group ensures optimal extraction. As a result, the machine reaches operating temperature in less than two minutes and consistently delivers high-quality espresso.

The machine offers extensive pressure-profiling capabilities and lets you choose between guided brewing programs and a fully manual mode. Using the accompanying app, you can easily save, adjust, and share recipes, allowing you to tailor every coffee perfectly to your taste. This makes the Fellow Espresso Series 1 suitable for both beginners and experienced baristas who enjoy experimenting with different extraction profiles.

Milk steaming is also fully optimized. The rotating steam wand features temperature detection and stops automatically once the set temperature is reached. After use, the steam wand cleans itself automatically, making it easy to create silky-smooth microfoam for cappuccinos and latte art. The removable water tank, drip tray with indicator, and integrated storage compartment also make the machine practical for everyday use, while the high-quality stainless steel and brass finish gives it a modern, luxurious appearance.
