The Quick Mill 981 Rubino Plus is a compact E61 espresso machine that combines classic build quality with modern technology. This machine is designed for home baristas who want maximum control over their espresso, but don't want a large machine taking up counter space. Despite its compact size, the Rubino Plus offers everything you need for consistent, high-quality extractions.

The Rubino Plus is equipped with a heat exchanger system and PID temperature control, allowing you to accurately adjust the temperature for different coffees. The OLED display makes it easy to set functions such as pre-infusion, eco-mode, and standby. The dual manometer provides real-time insight into both pump pressure and boiler pressure, ensuring extra control during brewing. Thanks to the E61 brew group and solid construction, the machine delivers stable performance, shot after shot.

Technical specifications:

The Quick Mill 981 Rubino Plus features a 1.8-liter stainless steel heat exchanger boiler. The machine has a power output of 1500 watts and measures 265 x 365 x 452 mm, with a weight of approximately 20 kg. The water reservoir has a capacity of 3 liters and the machine is not suitable for a fixed water connection. The maximum pump pressure is 20 bar and is supported by an adjustable OPV. The machine features an E61 brew group, PID temperature control, an OLED display, and a dual manometer for pump and boiler pressure. The casing is made of stainless steel (type 304).
