The Wilfa Performance is a filter coffee machine developed with a clear focus on extraction quality and reproducibility. The distinguishing element of the Wilfa Performance is its water circuit. After each brewing cycle, any remaining water is pumped out of the lines, ensuring that only fresh water is used for every new preparation. This minimizes oxidation and flavor degradation that can occur with stagnant water. In combination with a stable temperature range of 92°C to 96°C – in accordance with guidelines for optimal extraction – this results in a pure and balanced cup of coffee. The adjustable flow time provides control over extraction and flavor intensity, while the drip stop prevents coffee from dripping onto the hot plate.

The machine is designed for ease of use and daily reliability. With a capacity of up to 1.25 liters, it is suitable for 1 to 10 cups of coffee. The combination of stainless steel and high-quality plastics ensures a robust construction with a modern appearance.
