The Ascaso Steel Duo Plus PID is the top model in the Steel line, targeting users who want to combine maximum performance with speed and ease of use. Thanks to its double thermoblock system, you can brew espresso and froth milk simultaneously, without waiting time or temperature loss.

The machine is built around two separate stainless steel thermoblocks: one for coffee and one for steam. Both are independently controlled via a PID controller, giving you complete control over both extraction and steam temperature. This results in very stable thermal behavior and consistent results, even with intensive use.

Unique to the Duo Plus is its joystick steam wand, which allows for quick and precise steam control. In combination with the adjustable steam temperature, this delivers powerful and dry steam for barista-level milk frothing. The combination of speed, control, and ergonomics makes this machine particularly suitable for cappuccino and latte lovers.

The high-quality finish with wooden accents, stainless steel housing, and professional components underlines the premium character of this machine.

Technical specifications:

The Ascaso Steel Duo Plus PID is equipped with a double stainless steel thermoblock system for coffee and and steam. Both circuits are independently controlled via PID temperature control.

The machine features adjustable pump pressure via OPV and a manometer for real-time pressure display during extraction. The brew group is fitted with a competition shower screen and a silicone group gasket for optimal sealing and water distribution.

The machine supports programmable dosing for single and double shots and features an active cup warmer. Additionally, there is a separate hot water spout.

The housing is made of stainless steel and available in multiple colors, including matte black, matte white, and polished stainless steel.
