With two separate boilers, PID temperature control, and the Lelit Control Center, this machine provides a professional foundation for consistent espresso and powerful steam performance.

The Elizabeth distinguishes itself with its dual boiler system, where coffee and steam are controlled completely independently. This means you can simultaneously brew espresso and froth milk without any temperature loss. Via the Lelit Control Center, you can easily set parameters such as coffee temperature, steam temperature, and pre-infusion. This level of control allows for precise adjustment of extractions to suit different coffees, which is essential in specialty coffee.

The relatively short heat-up time of approximately 10 minutes is notable for a dual boiler machine. The three-way valve ensures a dry coffee puck and a clean workflow, while the ergonomic 58 mm portafilter provides stability during tamping. The double-walled steam wand delivers powerful, dry steam for creating microfoam and prevents milk from baking onto the exterior.
