Delivery

Carrier
For our deliveries, we partner with PostNL, a reliable and well-known carrier within the Netherlands and Europe. They ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Track & Trace Code
After placing your order, you'll receive a Track & Trace code from us via email as soon as your package has been shipped. This code allows you to track the status of your delivery and see exactly when your coffee will arrive.

Not Home When Delivered
If you're not home when the delivery is due, PostNL offers several options. In most cases, they'll try to deliver the package to your neighbors first. If that's not possible, the package will be taken to a nearby collection point, where you can pick it up later. PostNL will always leave a note or send a notification via email or the Track & Trace link, so you know exactly where your package is.

Delivery time
We aim to deliver your order within one business day in the Netherlands. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are often processed the same day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's workload.

Postage costs
Shipping costs are €4.95 per order within the Netherlands. For orders over €45, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping costs for international shipments may vary and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Insured shipping (national & international)

All devices and valuable products we ship are fully insured, both within the Netherlands and internationally. This means your order is protected against loss or damage during shipping. Should anything unexpectedly go wrong during transport, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
