Ordering and payment

At Koffie Kenner we want to make the ordering process as simple and clear as possible. Below you will find the steps you go through to place an order:

Browse through our different coffees and accessories and add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart. Click "Add to cart" for each desired product.

2. View Cart
Once you are done shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page to get an overview of the products in your shopping cart. Check the products, the quantity and the total price.

3. Proceed to Checkout
Once you are happy with your shopping cart, click "Continue to Checkout". You will be taken to the checkout page.

4. Fill in your details
Enter your personal information here, such as your name, shipping address and contact information. Please check the information carefully to ensure the order is shipped correctly.

5. Choose Shipping Method
Please select one of the available shipping methods. Koffie Kenner often offers free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

6. Select Payment Method
Choose a payment method of your choice, such as iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. Follow the steps for the selected payment method to complete the payment.

7. Checking and Confirmation
Before you finally place your order, you will receive an overview of your order again. Check the products, shipping address and payment details again.

8. Placing an Order
Check the box to agree to our terms and conditions. Then click on "Place Order" to finalize the order.

9. Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
