Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course. There's no obligation with a Koffie Kenner subscription. You can easily pause your subscription or adjust your next order date through your subscription dashboard.

Is your coffee also suitable if I don't have a bean machine?

We don't pre-grind the coffee, as this would cause the freshness to deteriorate more quickly. To ensure you can still enjoy fresh coffee, we also offer coffee grinders. These allow you to grind the beans yourself for appliances like filter coffee makers, French presses, AeroPresses, moka pots, and espresso machines, ensuring you always experience optimal flavor and freshness.

Can I adjust my frequency, quantity and taste settings?

Our priority is to deliver coffee you’ll love. If you’d like a different delivery schedule, quantity, or coffee style after your first delivery, you can adjust your preferences via your subscription dashboard.
