What are specialty coffee beans?

Specialty coffee beans are beans of the highest quality, often single origin, with a score of 80+ on the SCA scale. They are traceable, fairly traded and roasted with craftsmanship.

How long do coffee beans stay fresh?

Coffee beans remain at their best for up to 8 weeks after roasting. Store them airtight, in a dry, cool place, and grind just before use.

Which beans are best suited to my machine?

For an espresso machine, we recommend a medium to dark roast. For filter coffee and slow coffee methods, we recommend a light to medium roast. Not sure? We're happy to help you choose.
