If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help! Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. The costs for returning are at your own expense. You can return your product for a voucher, another product or a refund. Please note that returned items do not show visible signs of wear or use.
Can I get a warranty on equipment?
Yes, all our equipment comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty period is in most cases 24 months, unless otherwise stated with the product. During this period we cover manufacturing defects or defects that are not caused by incorrect use.
In case of a warranty claim we will contact the supplier or manufacturer. In many cases the defective part will be repaired or replaced.

Will my device be delivered ready to use?
Our equipment is always delivered new and in its original packaging. In most cases, you'll need to install or configure the equipment yourself. You'll receive clear instructions from the manufacturer.
