What makes the AeroPress different from a French press or V60?

The AeroPress uses pressure to extract the coffee, which gives you a more intense flavor and shorter brewing time. The paper filter also means you don't have any coffee grounds in your cup.

Is AeroPress suitable for espresso?

While it doesn't make true espresso (not 9 bar pressure), you can still make a strong, concentrated coffee that is comparable in intensity.
