Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
At Koffie Kenner you have two subscription options. If you choose your favorite coffee, you will always receive the same type of coffee with an attractive discount, ideal for those who always want to enjoy the same taste without extra costs. Or choose the Koffie Kenner subscription, where you determine the weight and frequency of the delivery yourself, but discover a new, artisanal coffee every time.
Is your coffee also suitable if I don't have a bean machine?
We do not pre-grind our coffee, because the freshness is lost faster. To ensure that you can still enjoy our fresh coffee, we offer a coffee grinder. With this you can grind the beans yourself for devices such as a filter machine, French press, AeroPress, moka pot and espresso machine, so that you always experience the optimal taste and freshness.
Can I adjust my frequency, quantity and taste settings?
Our priority is to deliver coffee you’ll love. If you’d like a different delivery schedule, quantity, or coffee style after your first delivery, you can adjust your preferences via your subscription dashboard.
