If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help! Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. The costs for returning are at your own expense. Yes, all our equipment comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty period is in most cases 24 months, unless otherwise stated with the product. During this period we cover manufacturing defects or defects that are not caused by incorrect use.
In case of a warranty claim we will contact the supplier or manufacturer. In many cases the defective part will be repaired or replaced.
