Can I return my order?
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help! Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. The costs for returning are at your own expense. You can return your product for a voucher, another product or a refund. Please note that returned items do not show visible signs of wear or use.
Can I get a warranty on equipment?
Yes, all our equipment comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty period is in most cases 24 months, unless otherwise stated with the product. During this period we cover manufacturing defects or defects that are not caused by incorrect use.
In case of a warranty claim we will contact the supplier or manufacturer. In many cases the defective part will be repaired or replaced.
Please contact us at contact@koffiekenner.com for a defect or warranty claim. Add photos/videos and the order number for a quick handling.
Will my device be delivered ready to use?
Our equipment is always delivered new and in its original packaging. In most cases, you will have to install or set up the equipment yourself. You will of course receive a clear manual from the manufacturer.
