De Rhino Professional Digital Milk Thermometer (13 cm) is een onmisbaar hulpmiddel voor barista’s die streven naar perfecte melktextuur en nauwkeurige temperatuurcontrole. Deze digitale thermometer biedt snel en betrouwbaar temperatuurmeten voor melk en andere warme dranken, zodat je steeds consistent resultaat behaalt bij cappuccino’s, flat whites en latte art.

De thermometer beschikt over een instelbare temperatuurwaarschuwing: zodra de door jou ingestelde temperatuur bereikt is, klinkt een hoorbaar signaal. Hierdoor kun je je volledig focussen op het textureren zonder risico op oververhitting. Dankzij de roestvrijstalen clip, speciaal ontworpen voor melkkangebruik, blijft de thermometer stevig op zijn plaats zitten in pitchers van elke maat. Met het quick-release ontwerp pas je de hoogte van de meetsonde moeiteloos aan.

Verwijder je de clip, dan is deze thermometer ook ideaal voor algemeen kookgebruik, zoals het tempereren van chocolade, het meten van sirooptemperaturen of slow cooking. De thermometer heeft een bereik van –50 tot 250°C (–58 tot 482°F), wat hem veelzijdig maakt voor elke keuken of koffiebar.
